If you receive packages you weren’t expecting, it’s most likely due to one of the following reasons:
The product cannot be sold because it (or its packaging) is damaged or defective — usually just a small tear or similar issue.
In this case, we’ll proceed according to the option you selected during onboarding:
either send the goods to your return address or have them destroyed.
The goods have been stored in an Amazon warehouse for more than 180 days.
Keeping inventory that long negatively impacts our account health — and therefore your sales.
That’s why we return products that have been stored for more than 6 months to our clients once per month (as agreed in the contract).
Don’t worry — we always make sure at least one unit remains in stock at Amazon.
