If there are discrepancies in delivered quantities, we automatically open an investigation request and request reimbursement from Amazon for the missing goods.

You can view any reimbursement in the Galaxy under the Finance > Transactions> Type: “Adjustments.”

It’s important that you have a proof of delivery, as Amazon often requests this document. It confirms that the goods were picked up by DHL from your location.

If your entire inventory is lost, the Incoterms stated in your contract will apply.

We will always do our best to obtain reimbursement from Amazon!

If SPACEGOATS bears the delivery risk, we will pay you the full invoice amount of the corresponding wholesale order.
