This guide describes how products are sold from the vendor to the respective retailer (SPACEGOATS, VARENTO)

The process outlined here is followed for every replenishment order.

Definitions

1. Wholesale Order

   The Wholesale Order defines which products, in what quantities, and at what price are sold to the buyer (e.g., Varento).

2. Wholesale Shipment

   The Wholesale Shipment defines which products, in what quantities, are sent to which warehouse.

3. Wholesale Settlement Document

   The Wholesale Settlement Document defines which products, in what quantities and at what price, are invoiced from which supplier to which buyer.

   It reflects exactly what appears on the invoice PDF.

How can I reorder new products?

To reorder new products, please follow these steps:

1. Create a Wholesale Order
2. Submit the Wholesale Order request
3. Wait until the order has been confirmed by the buyer
4. Depending on whether the target warehouse is Amazon or a 3PL, proceed as follows:
   • Amazon: Create a Shipment Plan
   • 3PL: Create a Wholesale Shipment
5. Upload the Wholesale Settlement Document
