We use a large BidX account, to which you’ll receive access for your products:

You can only run campaigns in BidX for the products that are distributed through SPACEGOATS. This access will not work for your own seller account.

If you haven’t received access during onboarding, please contact **[email protected]. Your Brand Registry must be set up for the access! Please follow these 2 Steps:**

  1. Adding SPACEGOATS to your Brand Registry
  2. How do I connect SPACEGOATS to my seller account in the Brand Registry and assign the sales roles?

You’ll then receive your temporary login details from us via email.

In Galaxy, you’ll find an overview under Amazon → Ads, and you can access BidX directly via the button in the top right corner.
