1. Who is the contractual partner of SPACEGOATS?

Your contractual partner is SPACEGOATS GmbH, headquartered in Stuttgart, Germany.

At the time of contract conclusion, SPACEGOATS acts both on its own behalf and as a representative of its subsidiaries, namely:

• Varento UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Ginsterweg 7, 70794 Filderstadt, Germany (“Varento”), as the sales entity and owner of the Amazon account for Europe, including the UK, and
• SPACEGOATS US Inc., 444 Brickell Ave #700, Miami, FL 33131, USA (“SPACEGOATS US”), as the sales entity and owner of the Amazon account for the United States.

SPACEGOATS acts as your authorized distributor and sells your products under your brand name via its own Amazon accounts.

2. Who owns the products after sale to SPACEGOATS?

Once SPACEGOATS issues a purchase order (Wholesale Order) and you deliver the goods, ownership transfers to SPACEGOATS according to the agreed Incoterms.

From that moment on, SPACEGOATS assumes responsibility for distribution and fulfillment.

3. Who carries the risk during shipping to Amazon?

The Incoterms defined in your contract apply:

• If SPACEGOATS carries the delivery risk, you will receive the full invoice amount even if goods are lost in transit.
• If the vendor carries the risk, a valid proof of delivery (e.g., DHL confirmation) is required for reimbursement.

4. What happens if goods are lost or damaged by Amazon or DHL?

SPACEGOATS will open an investigation with Amazon and claim reimbursement for missing units.

Reimbursements appear in Galaxy → Adjustments.

Please always keep your proof of shipment or delivery confirmation — Amazon often requires this.
