- Each carton may contain only items from one shipment ID
- The details in the delivery plan must exactly match the shipment:
- Seller SKU, UPC/EAN, FNSKU
- Expiration date, product condition
- Quantity shipped, packaging option
- Carton weight and dimensions
Packaging requirements
- Cartons must be sturdy, six-sided, and durable (e.g., RSC, B-flute)
- No stretch film, plastic straps, or metal staples
- No Styrofoam, shredded paper, or plastic filler materials
